ConvergeIT is currently system testing integration of ConvergeIVR with Summit Information's NEXT product. NEXT is a multi-channel marketing solution that coordinates product marketing offers accross multiple member contact points.

Summit Information Systems placed orders for 17 ConvergeIVR units during the month of April. This brings to 40 the total number of IVR units that Summit has ordered since integrating their core system with the ConvergeIVR solution. |
